This past Sunday, at a Canadian port, a crane operator allegedly picked up twin twenties thinking the lift was one forty. This photo shows the result. I understand that the yard tractor operator was shaken up, but uninjured.
With all of the technology that's been developed to assist in the safe handling of twin twenties, accidents like this appear to be happening all over the World with some frequency. What's the solution?
